Rules
Aim of the game
Collect Bites by swapping unhealthy characters for healthy ones using Tuck-in cards.
Win Food Fights to earn fruitful Winner Winner Chicken Dinner cards.
The player with the most Bites after all 8 Food Fight cards are played wins the round.
Let’s look into a brief overview of how the game works and meet some of the characters you’ll be playing with...
The Character Cards
There are 90 food-based character cards. 60 healthy characters and 30 unhealthy characters.
Each character card contains a Bite score. The Bite scores range between -12 Bites to +12 Bites. The healthy characters will show a positive Bite score, and the unhealthy characters will show a negative Bite score.
Each character card will also contain an Energy, Strength and Speed score along with a Weapon Power percentage. These figures come into play during every Food Fight duel.
Each character is also part of a unique family which affects gameplay. These families are:
- Calorie Club
- Citrus Club
- Green Gang
- Leafy Lot
- Salad Stable
- Pungent Party
- Seed Syndicate
- Skin Squad
- Underground Unit
- Stone Society
- Berry Brigade
The Tuck-In Cards
The Tuck-In cards provide a variety of actions a player will need to complete before play continues to the next person. This is where your clever tactics come into play.
The Food Fight Cards
Hidden amongst the Tuck-In cards are 8 Food Fight cards. If a player finds one of these cards, then they must challenge an opponent to a Food Fight.
The challenger must randomly select one of their opponents Character Cards to battle. The opponent must do the same to the challenger.
The challenger must call out which figure (Energy, Strength, Speed or Weapon Power) to use as their attack. Higher values have a better chance of success!
Both players reveal their cards. The player with the highest figure wins the Food Fight.
The Winner Winner Chicken Dinner Cards
The Winner Winner Chicken Dinner cards are prizes for winning your Food Fight battle. If you win, you will select one of these cards at random, which will either boost your overall score or reduce the score from a player of your choice.
Winning the game
Once all 8 Food Fight cards have been found and played the round will be declared over.
Players must calculate their final Bite totals including any Winner Winner Chicken Dinner points.
The highest total wins the round!

Our Mission
Food Fight came to fruition when a seed was planted into founder Danny Rhodes’ head. How can we transform our own, and our children’s, perceptions of fruits and vegetables to develop a healthy relationship with food?
The seed sprouted into a card game, Food Fight, with the aim to promote healthy eating by creating fun and relatable fruit and vegetable characters to make people of all ages aware of the magnificent produce available to us. The aim is to introduce new fruit and vegetables to a wider audience and teach us all about the ones we currently know.
The goal is not to tell people what they should eat, but to make them aware of the nutritional differences between healthy and unhealthy foods as part of the gameplay. Learn, have fun and be healthy, all while putting the “punch” in fruit punch as you fight a pineapple against a hotdog.
